This spot won a prestigious Radio Mercury Award.
In my acceptance speech (for which, in preparation, I'd clearly had too much "lunch champaign") I told the horror story from our agency-sanctioned arm wrestling tournament.

In the fourth match of that tournament, the left humerus of my opponent (a fellow creative) fractured just above the elbow.
​
It was a gruesome injury, requiring surgery and something like 21 screws, a metal plate, and I think a blood transfusion.
​
When it first happened, we drove said injured co-worker to none other than Piedmont Hospital, where they did a super job fixing up an art director's broken wing.
​
Now THAT'S the stuff of a great agency/client relationship.
